Job Description

In the role of Machine Operator, you will work on the production floor. You will be responsible for digitally monitoring and controlling machines, as well as performing practical tasks such as quality control and tool handling. Duties may vary depending on the department.

The work schedule is based on a 3-shift system.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and controlling production machines.
• Performing quality controls and documentation.
• Participating in 5S and improvement initiatives.

About the Position

• Employment Type: Full-time, initially for a fixed term of 6 months.
• Working Hours: 3-shift system (flexibility required).
• Start Date: Immediately (subject to notice period).

3-Shift Schedule:

• Morning Shift: Monday–Friday, 06:30–14:30.
• Night Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 22:30–06:30.
• Afternoon Shift: Monday–Thursday, 14:30–22:30; Friday 14:30–21:00.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we look for candidates who have:

• Experience from industry or manufacturing operations.
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Category B driver’s license and access to a car.
• Advantageous: Forklift license.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

• Structured, responsible, and safety-conscious.
• Technically minded and solution-oriented, with the ability to switch between different tasks efficiently.
• An experienced machine operator; background as a vehicle mechanic is a plus.

You have a positive attitude and thrive working both independently and in a team.
